Thrust Ball Bearing
軸に取り付ける軸軌道盤と、ハウジングに取り付けるハウジング軌道盤、ボール及び保持器によって構成されています。1方向のアキシアル荷重のみに使用できます。また高負荷の用途に適しており、アキシアル剛性も大きいです。
It is composed of the bearing shaft washer to be attached to the shaft, the housing shaft washers to be attached to the housing, the steel balls, and theretainer.
Thrust bearings are able to receive axial loads only, and have high axial rigidity which makes them well suited for heavy axial loads.
クラッチリリーズボールベアリング
Clutch Release Ball Bearing
マニュアルトランスミッション車のクラッチ部に使用され、高温、高速回転に対応した設計となっています。
また、調心機能も有しており、調心位置を保持する構造になっています。
It is used in the clutch of a manual transmission car, and is designed to endure high temperature and high speed rotation.
In addition, it is center-adjustable, with the structure that enables it to hold the adjusted center.
ベルトテンショナー / アイドラーボールベアリング
Belt Tensioner / Idler Ball Bearing
ベルトテンショナーは、ベルトに張力を与えるために使用され、回転の中心が移動する構造になっています。
アイドラーボールベアリングは、ベルトを掛ける方向を変更したり、プーリーとの接触幅を調整するために使用されます。
どちらもエンジンに隣接して使用されるため、高温、高速回転に対応し、またベルトの振動にも耐えうる構造となっています。
The belt tensioner is used to give tension to the belt, and is designed so that the center of rotation can move.
The idler ball bearing is used to change the direction of the belt or to adjust the width of contact to the pulley.
Both can endure high temperature and high speed rotation, and habe the structure designed to withstand vibration of the belt, taking into consideration the engine near which they are used.

キングピンはナックルとフロントアスクルを結ぶピンで、ハンドルを切ったときにタイヤが
向きを変える回転中心軸にあります。
車両内側に傾けて取り付けられており、この傾きで操作性の向上やタイヤからの衝撃を低減しています。
弊社では、そのシャフト交換時に必要なパーツをすべて揃えてキットとして販売しています。
A kingpin is a pin to connect a steering knuckle and a front axle and it is mounted on the centerline of the wheels,which changes direction of the front wheel caused by steering motion.
It is mounted at a tilt inside of a vehicle. This tilting improves handling and reduces shocks from tires.
We carry all necessary parts which are needed when the shaft is replaced in a kit.

Valve Guide
バルブガイドは、鉄や銅などの金属粉末を所定の割合で金型に入れ、成形機で圧縮形成した後、溶解点以下の温度で加熱焼結しています。
高精度、耐摩耗性、耐熱性など数多くの特長を備えています。また、空孔もあるので潤滑油を含浸し、潤滑性にも優れています。
Valve guides are placed in a mold in a predetermined ratio, such as iron and copper metal powder, formed after compression molding machine, heated and sintered at a temperature below melting point.
They have numerous features such as high precision wear-resistant and heat resistance. It is excellent in lubrication because some pores are impregnated lubricating oil.
