| October, 1934 | A private company,Konishi Iron Works Company established by Mr.Ichizo Konishi at No.2, Higashi, 2-cho, ichino-cho, Sakai-city, Osaka, and started the production of various radial & thrust ball bearing. (the company appointed as war plant later on) |

| June, 1957 | The name of the company renamed to Konishi Seisakusho Co.,Ltd. |
| February, 1957 | The land(140㎡)purchased at No.19-3, Nishi-Kyukencho, Sakai-city, Osaka. |
| October, 1964 | The capital increased to \ 2,000,000. |
| June, 1966 | The capital increased to \ 6,000,000. |
| October, 1969 | The capital increased to \ 13,500,000. |
| August, 1978 | The land(2,100㎡)purchased at No.470, Nakamura-cho, Sakai-city, Osaka and a new plant(total 1,300㎡)built. |
